The 4081 Quad Mic Preamp builds on the incredible success of the 1081 and 1081R modules and provides both powerful control and legendary Neve sound.

Perfect for vocals, ADR and Foley Recording, the 4081's features make it the number one choice for any studio, OB truck or live stage environment.

Every function of the 4081 can be controlled directly from the front panel or by remote control using a Mac or PC with Neve Remote Control software. This provides a simple and elegant solution for users of ProTools, Nuendo, Cubase and similar DAW systems. Multiple 4081 units can be linked together to create up to 64 independent channels of Mic Preamps or Line Level inputs – all controlled from a single computer.

The 8801 Channel Strip is like having a complete channel from the legendary Neve 88R console – widely considered among the best-sounding analogue music consoles ever developed. Contained in a single rackmount unit, the 8801 combines a classic Neve mic preamplifier and equalization circuitry with an incredible 88R-style dynamics processor. Completely hand-built and hand-wired by Neve, this ground breaking Channel Strip delivers a front-end with all the quality and versatility that has become synonymous with the Neve name.

Neve's proprietary Recall software (Mac/PC-compatible) allows seamless integration with workstations, providing instantaneous recall of all external device settings. GREAT RIVER ELECTRONICS  MP-500NV

The MP-500NV is a professional quality microphone preamplifier designed to re-create the vintage sound characteristics of the early 1970s large consoles. Modern components give the MP-500NV more clarity, punch and performance under normal use. In addition, features like metering before and after the major gain stages let the user drive it 'hard' to greatly expand the range of sonic options. All microphones will benefit from the power of the MP-500NV preamplifier, including dynamic, condenser and especially ribbon types. The MP-500NV uses the same audio and metering circuit board found in the NV series preamplifiers. This unit is designed to fit into a '500' series rack using 2 available slots. It receives its power supply from the host rack. The unit is equipped with a HI-Z instrument jack that has its own input amplifier and was designed for 'DI' applications. All specifications and performance details are identical to the NV series preamplifiers with the exception of size, weight, patch jack, -10dBv Out.

The new MEQ-1NV is the Great River channel strip – discrete Class-A, incredibly versatile. The EQ-1NV (four-band parametric, true inductor/capacitor, ’70’s British “1081/1083”-style) is routed via the patch loop jack on the ME-1NV (two-gain-stage, dual-meter, '70's British “1073”-style mic pre).

The Joemeek threeQ is the perfect link between your music and your computer. It will bring out the best qualities or your music by giving it the "gloss" of a professional recording studio, at a fraction of the cost!
Built into a compact ½ rack chassis, we used the same Burr-Brown IC's for the Mic Pre that you'll find on our more expensive studio channels. We then added an extremely musical EQ section and an optical Compressor, for that signature "Meek" sound.

With inputs to accept everything between microphone and instrument levels, the threeQ sounds much larger than it's size!

The Joemeek oneQ is the most full-featured, technologically advanced studio channel we've ever made!
A single channel combining Mic Pre (with Burr-Brown IC), four band EQ (the most flexible of any Joemeek ever), our "signature" optical compressor, De-Esser, and Enhancer, it's a master channel like no other.
Housed in a 2u chassis, the elegantly sculpted faceplate is intelligently laid out, with clear, easy to read legends and a large analog VU meter.
We even included 24bit, 96K A/D converters with word clock input and output.
The new oneQ raises the bar for all studio master channels!

The Joemeek twinQ is everything you ever wanted in a dual studio channel - and then some!
We started with high quality Burr-Brown IC's for the preamp, added an extremely musical EQ section and an optical compressor for that signature "Meek" sound. Then we included some new and innovative features, like an "Iron" switch that switches the IC front end to a transformer - completely changing the topology of the circuit. It even has 24bit, 96k A/D converters built in.

All of this comes housed in a rugged 2u chassis with a beautifully sculpted aluminum faceplate.

SLATE PRO AUDIO Fox

Slate Pro Audio, manufacturer of the DRAGON dynamic processor, has added  a second analog hardware piece to their roster.  Taking precedence from the DRAGON, the FOX offers more options to the modern day audio engineer than typically found in a common mic pre.

Each channel of the FOX has two unique mic pre circuits.  The first, called vintage, pays homage to the classic British 73 style preamp.  Its rich and fat tone sounds great on numerous sources.  The second preamp is called modern, and its signal path is extremely clean and accurate.  The modern pre is perfect for the demanding engineer who wants the most detailed reproduction of the source material.  The Slate Pro Audio team then added a very unique feature called “combo”.  Combo takes the input from one pre and combines it with the output from the other pre.  This makes it possible to have a Vintage In/Modern Out and a Modern In/Vintage Out.  In total, 4 different sonic textures can be had with the flick of a switch, and each pre can be engaged while monitoring a source, live.  In addition, each preamp also has a ¼ in. instrument input.
